If you're a postpaid customer, make sure to get all of your pending bills resolved with your previous operator before porting your sim.
Your Sim will be ported within 5-7 working days, after completing eKYC verification.
Also, your previous link will still work fine over the 5-7 working days.
- Open your phone's message box and write PORT, and type the 10-digit mobile number that you want to send.
- Now, you have to give the message back to 1900. PORT"<10 digit mobile number > enter to 1900.
- You will obtain a unique porting number along with the expiry date until the expiration of your code.
- Generate yourself a Jio coupon code by downloading the Jio app from either the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- Now, along with your unique port number, visit your nearest Jio store or Reliance Digital store or Jio retailer. Don't forget to take your JIO code with you, too.
- Take your Aadhaar card to position your MNP request, and after verification, get a Reliance Jio sim.
- After verification, your Reliance Jio sim is enabled, and you can enjoy the services.
