Panchalimedu is a hill station and point of view near Kuttikkanam in Peerumedu tehsil district of Idukki in the Indian state of Kerala. On the day of Makar Sankranti, lots of devotees from Ayyappa camps there to see the sacred Makaravilakku that appears in the Ponnambalamedu near the temple of Sabarimala.
