- The Solar Park was built by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) over a total area of 1500 hectares. RUMSL is a joint venture between SECI and Madhya Pradesh UrjaVikas Nigam Limited (MPUVN) and Solar Energy Corporation of India.
- Following the Solar Park construction, RUMSL selected ACME Jaipur Solar Power Private Limited, Mahindra Renewables Private Limited, and Arinsun Clean Energy Private Limited to build three solar generating units within the Solar Park via reverse auction.
