On August 15, the second generation of Thar will be unveiled with all the requisite information and specifications through a live webcast that can be seen on the official social media accounts of the company and the dedicated Thar website. Details of the test drive, booking will be announced at a later date.
Thar will be offered in various configurations in hard- and soft-top versions and has been spied testing on Indian roads for several months revealing the specifications of the exterior.
The second-gen Mahindra Thar dimensions are also projected to be larger than the original model , which allows for more cabin space.With the addition of a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Multi Info Display, cruise control, new multifunctional steering wheel with fixed buttons, power folding ORVMs, multiple USB ports and new seats, the interior gets a big overhaul though.
