Before entering the showrooms, Mahindra Thar will make its global debut on 15 August, and will have a fully redesigned exterior and interior.The next generation of Thar is named by Mahindra as a "quantum leap in terms of technology, comfort and safety features" without compromising its off-road characteristics.

Details of the test drive, booking will be announced at a later date.
The second-gen Mahindra Thar dimensions are also projected to be larger than the original model , which allows for more cabin space.With the addition of a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Multi Info Display, cruise control, new multifunctional steering wheel with fixed buttons, power folding ORVMs, multiple USB ports and new seats, the interior gets a big overhaul though.
