Google bundled all its productivity instruments and other services under Google Workspace earlier this month. Now, less than a month after Google Workspace was launched, the company has rolled out a new Workspace tool that allows users to build apps without even learning how to code.

Google said it intends to build more consistent ways for users to access APIs for services, data and features while masking the ambiguity behind a no-code platform. The creation of No-code apps helps non-technical users to easily create data-driven applications without using a programming language.

They can use AppSheet to build the app instead of learning to code or finding someone to build the app that a user wants, so that they can concentrate on using it instead of creating or repairing it. This new tool allows users, directly from Google Sheets, to build their own application using AppSheet.

Features of AppSheet

1) Collect and manage data, wherever it lives

Easily access your Google Cloud and Google Workspace data, third-party data like MySQL, AWS, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or proprietary data via APIs to build rich applications. Integrate directly with legacy software, or use data export and webhook options to export, backup, or sync application data with external platforms.

2) Automate processes to move data and collaborate with teams

Manage workflows and approval processes by getting the right data to the right person at the right time. Quickly create apps that feature approval, audit, scheduling, dispatching, auto-tracking, anomaly detection, and dozens of scenarios for process automation.

3) Elevate apps by leveraging machine learning to build faster

Use natural language processing (NLP) to search and give commands on your apps and computer vision to capture and annotate images, and build predictive models that learn to generalize from historical app data—all without any machine learning experience.
