Step 1 : You will be taken to Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection if you click on this link.
enter your phone number ( which is active in your name)
Step 2 : click on request OTP . Enter your OTP and click the "Validate" button. If you do not receive an OTP, click the resend OTP button.
Step 3 : You will get the list of mobile numbers active on your name
Step 4 : If you come across a phone number that isn't yours, click this isn't my number. If any of the numbers on the list aren't necessary, select "This is my number, not required."
